Today, I stand before you as Emperor during a time of great challenges. As your President, I am committed to guiding our nation with wisdom, compion, and unwavering determination. I will work tirelessly to ensure that our people are cared for, that our resources are utilized wisely, and that our nation's honor and dignity are preserved.

Our beloved Romania and China, once territories under the imperial umbrella of Japan, have faced tumultuous circumstances, leading to a disruption of order and stability. As the rightful ruler, it is our duty to restore harmony, unity, and ensure the well-being of our fellow countrymen in these territories and protect rice fields and vampire castles.
