Press release on english:

As you already know, we have been at war with the United States for a long time, but today, after the meeting of the two governments, we decided to end the war between our two countries. Unfortunately, a member of the US government had a death in his family and, as you can presume, he no longer has that much time or desire to play. In such circumstances, Serbia does not want to continue the war against the United States.

We agreed to sign peace treaty between our two countris. We also agreed  not to take down the uprisings in Spain.
