-Gürcistan 3 bölge için, 30 altın ödeme yapacak.
-Gürcistan Türkiyeye geçiş hakkı sağlayacak, ve Ermenistan işgalinde, Ermenistan tarafında saldırmayacak.
-Gürcistan Türkiyeye MPP teklifi gönderecek. MPP bedeli yarı yarıya paylaşılacak.
-MPP bozulursa sözleşme iptal olacak.
-Gürcistan 3 bölge dışında saldırı yaparsa sözleşme iptal olacak.
-Gürcistan, Türkiyeye saldıran bir ülke tarafında cephe alırsa sözleşme iptal olacak.
-Sözleşme süresi 2 ay

-Georgia will grant to Turkey the right of p to Armenia, Only one time when Turkey will ask. (just once)
- Georgia will not attack or support any nation against Turkey
- Turkey will not attack or support any nation against Georgia
-Turkey will sign MPP with Georgia. MPP cost will be shared equally.
- If the MPP is broken, the deal will be canceled..
-Payment Days;
