UK does not RW or Hit in Irish RWs in following colonies of Ireland...
Iceland/Norway/Denmark/Germany.
If held UK releases any regions in these countries.
Both Ireland and UK can support allies via MPPs except in attacks on countries listed above.
This deal is to be honoured until next reshuffle
