My fellow Americans,

First, I want to thank you for electing me as President.
Many of you know me as a long-time veteran of this game (version 1). Having served as Country President in the past, SC and SoFA of old alliances as well as Game Moderator, I bring deep experience in both executive leadership and game mechanics to this mandate. During the time I've had the past few weeks to investigate, I can see that our nation has gone through cycles of great prosperity as well as extreme hardship.

Today, we face a challenging geopolitical reality: the majority of our territory is currently occupied by Mexico and Serbia. Rebuilding our nation will not happen overnight, but with an experienced, focused, and pragmatic approach, we can restore our sovereignty and rebuild our community.

To achieve this, I am laying out our immediate priorities and opening applications for key leadership roles.



Cabinet Call: Essential Government PositionsTo execute our strategy efficiently, I am keeping the administration lean and focused. We are opening applications for three core executive roles:

Secretary of State (SoS): Responsible for leading diplomatic outreach, managing alliances, and negotiating terms directly with occupying nations.
Secretary of Defense (SoD): Responsible for coordinating our military priorities, directing damage in critical Resistance Wars, and organizing national defense efforts.
Secretary of Citizen Affairs (This role will also include the Treasury responsibilities): A combined role taking charge of internal player engagement, community support, domestic affairs, and oversight of our national tax structure and infrastructure projects.

Diplomatic Strategy, Alliances & Neutrality: Due to a general lack of updated information regarding existing alliances and global pacts, the United States will adopt a pragmatic foreign policy:

Existing Commitments: We will honor any active agreements or commitments that remain valid.

General Neutrality: Beyond existing commitments, we will maintain overall diplomatic neutrality while we focus internal energy on community rebuilding.

Territory Recovery: We will initiate immediate diplomatic discussions with the governments of France, Morocco, Romania, and Peru. Our goal is to negotiate peaceful agreements or lease arrangements to free core US regions—specifically targeting regions that do not grant critical resource or economic bonuses to the occupying nations.

The old players that used to be around when I was President nearly 6 years ago know this about me: I'm a straight shooter and when my signature is put in an agreement, it is rock solid. My word is my bond.


Population & Immigration: Call to All CitizensRebuilding requires active people on the ground:

American Veterans & Expat Citizens: If you are an American citizen currently residing in another country, we invite you to return home and help serve your country of origin in this key rebuild phase.

Foreign Citizens: Foreign players looking to join and contribute to the US are welcome. However, to ensure national security, all new foreign citizens will undergo a background check and an interview process if they are not already well-known to our leadership.


Tax Reform & Infrastructure RebuildingA nation cannot fight or negotiate effectively without a solid financial base. Moving forward, the administration will focus on two internal economic pillars:

Tax Review: We will analyze our current import, work, and income tax rates to maximize state revenue while keeping production viable for local citizens and businesses.

Infrastructure Upgrades: As regions are returned to US control, we will prioritize building and upgrading strategic infrastructure to support local resource bonuses and strengthen defense capabilities.
